April 23 Thursday Ribeyes Pickle Party on the Patio Wine Tasting, 6-8:30. Tickets, $20 per person, $50 per couple. Attendees receive a bottle of N.C. Pickle Festival wine and wine glasses. Tickets, 919-658-3113.   Ribeyes Steakhouse, 211 N. Center Street
