What do I need to know about festival parking?
We have expanded the Park & Ride Shuttle locations this year: Walmart Super Center, Roses Shopping Center, and Bobby Denning Furniture in Mount Olive, plus three locations on the campus of the University of Mount Olive – Kornegay Arena, Scarborough Field, and the College Apartments, across from the track. Watch for signs for all of these locations.

Handicapped Only Parking is available at 111 N. Chestnut Street (the offices of the Original Free Will Baptist denomination).

If you park on a downtown street, pay attention to the no parking signs! Parking is allowed on one side of the street only. Towing will be enforced. Note that several paid parking lots are also available downtown.

May I bring my dog?
To ensure the well-being and safety of your furry friends, pets will not be permitted at the North Carolina Pickle Festival, with the exception of service animals. The bustling crowds and heat of the asphalt pose risks to our beloved animals. We kindly ask that you leave your pets comfortably at home. For those who require it, Bark & Bone Pet Services will offer dog boarding for a nominal fee on festival day. Thank you for helping us keep all members of our pickle-loving community, two-legged and four-legged, safe and happy!

Are ATMs available?
Two downtown banks – First South, at 213 N. Chestnut Street, and Wells Fargo, at NE Center Street – have ATM machines, and the N.C. Pickle Festival also will have one available in the vicinity of the carnival rides, at the corner of Main and Chestnut.

Where can I stay overnight?
