Sponsors are to festivals as brine is to pickles. You can’t have one without the other, and that’s so true for this year’s North Carolina Pickle Festival in Mount Olive. Sponsors keep the festival operating and help it grow each year. And, honestly, we couldn’t do it without them!

Presenting Sponsors
The Town of Mount Olive provides huge support for the festival each year, and we want to give a special shout-out to the town’s fire and police departments for their public safety presence and availability, as well as the town’s public works department for a host of services it provides during the festival weekend.
Mt. Olive Pickles provides financial support for the festival and has a major presence downtown with two pickle booths and its gift shop booth. It also provides planning and logistical support. Mt. Olive gives the town a perfectly dill-lightful excuse to put on a community festival every April, and it is proud to partner in the effort.
Zesty Kosher Dill Sponsors
The University of Mount Olive hosts festival parking at Kornegay Arena, the festival’s popular helicopter rides, and the new Pickleball Tournament at the John Neal Walker Tennis Complex.
R&R Brewing serves as the official welcome center for the shuttles from UMO and Bobby Denning Shopping Center, and, of course, they have a big festival presence as part of the beer garden downtown.
Visit Goldsboro (Wayne Tourism Development Authority) helps fund a portion of the festival’s promotional expenses, and it always does a grand job of promoting tourism in Wayne County.
Southern Bank provides the use of their property in the heart of the festival downtown, including the Main Stage, beer and wine garden, pickle eating contest, Mt. Olive Pickle Plaza (Mt. Olive Pickles and Pickle and Gift Shop booths), and even portable toilets!
